No slimming world in Oz

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site. I have recently move down under and need to shred a few pounds. I have done slimming world before and found it really good. Only one problem they don't do slimming world in australia. I still have my books, so I'm going to give it another go, just not sure how I'm going to convert the foods into syns etc. as the foods are different brands over here.

Anyone else on here from oz?
