    Today I am properly back "on the wagon". I will not deviate from CD at all - my blip last week was a lesson well learnt. My scales today register at 14st 2lbs (lowest I've been in years:D) and I am determined that I will be in the 13s very, very soon!!:cross:

    I felt I had to make a statement - like making a vow really! So far so good, one shake and one bar - tonight I'll have a lovely butterscotch mousse! Oh and litres and litres of water hehe!
