Nom yogourt

    Anyone know the sin value of fat free nom indeed if there is a sin value :)

    Hi I'm new to this, but I've heard from a friend that they are free, but I've noticed a few forums saying they have a syn value, not sure who to believe sorry :-(

    As far as I can recall the Nom yoghurts are 1.5 to 2 syns each depending on flavour. Just because they are fat free does not necessarily mean they are syn free as some have added sugar. if you want to be sure post the nutritional information and someone will work it out for you on the syn calculator.

    i searched minimins for nom yogs apparently they have syns as they have added sugar

    I haven't, but mostly for the reason that they aren't syn free - Senga Strawberry/Morello Cherry/Alphonso Mango flavours are 2 syns and the Vanilla one is 1.5 syns

    I doubt it - I was looking at the ingredients in the supermarket tonight and there is definitely sugar listed in the ingredients
