Hi slimmers does any1no the syn value of Koka noodles pls(curry)?????just luv them and hoping they're not too high in synss...much appreciated xxx

My consultant says that they are 2 syns, however I don't know I I believe that because super noodles are really high! My cousin has them and her losses are great, I just don't trust it lol x

I struggle with lunch ideas too most of the time make extra of my tea the night before and have that for my lunch! Pasta n sauce and batchelors savoury rice are also mostly free for a quick lunch x
