There are also quite a few brilliant Polish movies: Killer, Boys Don't Cry and "Plac Zbawiciela" (loosely translated as "Saviour's Square"- an amazingly depressing yet incredible movie, if anyone has a chance of buying it with English subtitles, I definitely recommend buying it)

Hey Tracey, I am in Wales too, in Swansea. Your starting weight is pretty much the same as mine (22st 10), I started today and I hope I do half as well as you have over the last few weeks! I'm glad to see that other ppl don't like everything too.

I have only tried the porridge and choc orange bars so far and they were gross. I had a taster of the soup and it was vile. Everything is making me gag. I'm trying the Strawberry Tetra 2moro (well today) and now you have said it is the only one you like it is making me think I may be able to stand it
