I've had a horror weekend so far but back on it today with bells and whistles on! Technically I've lost 8lbs but it isn't official (did five days of WW before going to meeting) so will take whatever readings from meetings :) xxx Well done to all the losers and to the tiny gains, you'll get them off in no time! xxx
 
Im dreading tues too had a horror day yesterday . First one in 10 wks. Went for an hour and a half walk for damage control :(
 
One day shouldn't ruin it all! Don't panic :)

Bit up and down, had a curry from tesco last night but then again I've swam 5 times in the past week, a total 3900m!

Hoping that it pays off! I don't eat hardly any weeklies and none of y activity points so I'm hoping for a 3. WI is Thursday and I've made myself 2 huge batches of low point soup for my dinners. Yum yum!!

I plan not to eat AP and that's when I lose best but honestly just can't get into it,.. But the bridesmaid dress shopping starts in march so my butt needs a kick x
 
Girls weekend this weekend n had a gain yesterday so need to be extra good this week to allow my boldness the weekend. Not gona lie, there won't b a mention of ww or propoints all weekend! Will try be stocked with fruit n veg n free soup for Monday so I can get straight back to it
