obsessed with weighing myself.

i'm the same nessa. when I first started I told myself that it was pointless weighing myself every day, but the results are so amazing on this diet that I am now weighing myself at least three times a day lol
I only update my ticker after official weigh in tho incase there is any difference in my scales and CDC's.

im definatly obsessed to, i always weigh myself each morning and when i get back from work in the evening, i dont think there has been one day since i've started the diet i havent weighed myself...lol


when the weight is going down, its so exciting getting weighed! It also helps you to understand your body - the effects of water intake, weather, menstrual cycle!
Make the most of it and get to know how your body fluctuates during the month, the week and the day!
At least on a vlcd you know that you are losing fat daily!
I certainly enjoy the scales - I have a love hate relationship with them - in fact this morning I told them to [email protected]@cks because I showed a 4 lb gain!
However I know that period is due and its just water!

Same here too.....I always weigh myself first thing in the morning. I think its soooo evciting to see the scales diferent every day! :D
