    Today is a new day Aussiebug. Put yesterday behind you and focus on getting through today 100% and drinking as much water as you can. Take it a day at a time.

    :whoopass:Thats smack on the bottom is for you young lady!!!

    You need to ask yourself what you want more, kebab and banoffee pie, or to get to your target weight.

    This diet is so hard and it takes 100% willpower. No one can do it for you. You have to want it desperately if you stand any chance of succeeding.

    Maybe SS is not for you right now. But try not to give up on the diet altogether. Perhaps go onto 790 or even 1000 so you dont feel completely deprived and then work your way back to SS when your head is in the right place.

    Lecture over. Im sure someone more experienced will be along soon to give you far better advice than I can give you.

    The Ssing is v hard at the srart,but if you can stick to it & get properly into ketosis it suddenly gets so much easier.

    Have another go!
