This was funny! Went to Sainsbury's and spent ages looking through all the low fat/virtually fat free/fat free yoghurts.Got pushed for time..left with all my salad bits/skimmed milk/yoghurts etc.
Later on prepared raw veg and yoghurt dip.
Crikey! this tasted bloody nice (alarm bells rang straight away :eek:) Went back to pot to double check - had picked up Total greek yoghurt - 10g fat per 100g :rolleyes: knew 'twas far too yummy :D
Did not feel naughty as it was genuine mistake....however did finish what was on my plate ;) sacrificed foodpack..but it was worth it!
Moral of the tale is don't shop in a tearing hurry and your taste buds never ever lie!

Oh yes...when can I have muller light yogs with flavour? am heading into week 3 RTM tomorrow. x

week 3, as you can have fruit you can have fruity yogs too, it is best to stick to mullerlight to as most of the other low fat yogs have tons of sugar in them.
I love mullerlight.
