OT/Wake up call.

Today my OH got back in touch with his sister after 20+ years, (her niece traced us thro Genes Reunited) and poor old OH is reeling from shock. Both his brothers died in their 50's! He went on statins this week for high cholesterol (tho we have always eaten healthily), he's 60. So now he's going to make sure he sticks to the plan, and we'll get a couple of bikes. Just goes to show you never know what's round the corner.

Oh what a shock for him. How awful to make contac after so long and find out two of your siblings have died.

At least he has already started doing something about his eating and the fact you have always eaten healthly will stand in his favour.
