The Pasta n Sauce packets are all free if you make them up using water instead of milk and butter, some still have 0.5/1 sun.
Cheese, leek and Ham - 1 Syn
Cheese and Broccoli - 0.5 syns
Smoky cheese and Pancetta - 2 syns.
Not sure about the couscous, i can't find that one on the app sorry!

I prefer to add the milk and use it as 1/2 my hexa option
