Some mugshots are free- tomato and herb, chicken and noodles, sweet and sour. Th creamy cheese one is 2 syns on green. Great for lunches followed by fresh fruit and yoghurt!

As a rough guide the ones with the creamy sauces eg macaroni, cheese/leek/ham, have a small syn value while the tomato based ones are free. Sorry I can't be more specific at the moment as I don't have time to look them all up.

    Thanks to Butterfly1 and Circes.

Was going to do the thanks for post thing but I can't see how to, so maybe I don't have that privilege yet.

Does anyone make the pasta and sauces without milk?? I made some last night with the required amount of milk and water and it was very, very watery!

I wish they did them here in canada.

I think I might have to see if I can find a substitue.

Could someone post me the nutrional information for the low syn creamy ones and the syn free tomato ones, so I know what sort of thing to look for when I do my shop.

    thanks
