Yes it used to be free but has been half a syn for at least a few months now.

Some mugshots are free- tomato and herb, chicken and noodles, sweet and sour. Th creamy cheese one is 2 syns on green. Great for lunches followed by fresh fruit and yoghurt!

As a rough guide the ones with the creamy sauces eg macaroni, cheese/leek/ham, have a small syn value while the tomato based ones are free. Sorry I can't be more specific at the moment as I don't have time to look them all up.

Does anyone make the pasta and sauces without milk?? I made some last night with the required amount of milk and water and it was very, very watery!

Could someone post me the nutrional information for the low syn creamy ones and the syn free tomato ones, so I know what sort of thing to look for when I do my shop.
