Pizza Expreess syns

Can anyone tell me how many syns there are in some of the pizza express pizza's.... margherita, sloppy giueseppe etc?

don't know about Pizza Express ones but according to my Optimising book, pizzas are 11 to 17.5 syns per 100g on both red & green
