Any ideas how many syns in arribiata from pizza hut

sorry i dont have the answer to this, but i had the arrabiata pasta from there about a month ago, but couldn't find the syns amount. xx

hi hun its 1 Syn per package/portion on Green per 100g based on the NI that pizza hut gives

yeah saves me sitting in macdonalds with a bag of fruit starving myself
the kids are quite good and say no we will go to pizza hut or carvary so mum can eat
