Please help syn value please

Hello

I popped to asda this morning for some pasta n sauces to find they have gone up to 95p each which I refuse to pay. So when I was out and about in home bargains I came accross some no make pata and sauce for 40p can someone please check the syn value for me.

Chicken and Mushroom

Per 100g cooked as per instructions which is with milk ( I will just use water)

Cals 134
protein 5.4g
carbs 25.0g
fat 1.2g
fibre 0.6g


Cheese and Broccoli

Cals 135
protein 5.3g
carbs 23.3
fat 2g
fibre 1.3

these are produced by T J Morris if that is any help

If ive done it right the first one comes up as
1½ Syn per package/portion on Extra Easy
1½ Syn per package/portion on Green
6½ Syns per package/portion on Original

and the second one

2 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
2 Syns per package/portion on Green
7 Syns per package/portion on Original

aw thank u. So if thats with milk it should be less with water is that right x
