    How many points in homemade popcorn - nothing added but heat and popcorn kernals!!

    I am sorry I dont know the points for popcorn, would love to know too. Sure someone will be along shortly that will know.

    I don't know about homemade popcorn unfortunately. However I know my parents have bought a multi pack of small bags of toffee popcorn - can't remember the name of the make - but it's only 2 points per bag!!! :D

    Not sure but cant imagine its much. I bought an 85g of microwave popcorn makes 2 full bowls and its only 5 points in total :)

    Thank you all! Well researching on the net, a 'cup' (americans..what is a cup?) is around 30 calories.
    Is it true a WW point = 60 calories?
    Im not WW, actually doing cambridge, though am interested in how points are worked out

    It depends on the saturated fat. Although 60 calories = 1 point is a pretty good rule of thumb to follow :)
