Morning! I'm off to the cinema this morning and wondered if anyone knows the syn value of a small popcorn?? Many thanks ?

7.5 syns per 25g. Can't exactly whip out the scales though. Maybe take some pre popped stuff like that skinny topcorn so you know where you are? That's roughly 6 syns per bag.

And actually that's the basic count for "popped in fat" it may increase if you have it sweet rather than salted.

I've just eaten a bag of shapers(from Boots) popcorn.
Sour cream and jalapeño flavour. 82cals a bag.
best 4 syns I've ever had. I'm going to buy in bulk. I'm thinking when I go the flicks, I'll have a diet coke and 2, maybe even 3 bags of that.
