I'm so ashamed of myself. I was planning on cooking some jamaican fried dumplings (basically fried dough) with 1 cal spray but it wouldn't work, so I broke out the extra virgin olive oil... and used a fair amount....
Rough points estimate anybody?
In my defense the dumplings were small and not all the oil soaked in but....yikes!!
