I've been experimenting with quark, have to say I prefer it savory at the moment. I've made quiches for the past two weeks and they are lovely. I line the dish with 2 slices of ham for a good base, use 1 tub of quark and mix with 2 eggs. I chop up some bacon, red onion and mushrooms and fry light them for a few minutes and then put into the dish and pour the quark/egg over. To add a bit of flavour I add chilli or paprika and cut up 1 babybel light to cover the top and bake for 30 mins - Yummy!
Not my recipe as I found it on here because I was sick of having pasta/salad for lunch.
