questions about syns again! :/

does anybody kno the syns for a 500g jar of dolmio pasta bake - tomato and cheese flavour-

and is tinned grapefruit still a superfood or does it contain syns?

its in fruit juice but i was thinkin of draining it and havin it with my sugar free jelly, but not sure...some tinned fruits r hx b's

all tinned fruit has syns

Grapefruit, canned in juice, 100g = 2 syns on any plan weight includes juice
