Quinoa

Hi does anyone have any recipes for quinoa? Had some at a restaurant but no idea how to make it myself x thanks x x

I just use it in place of other carbs like rice or cous cous. It's good for a bit of variety

I know it sounds odd but I was thinking thinking about toasting some soe sprinkle over some syn free ice cream, I will let you know how I get on. I hope this one posts I am not finding this site very easy to get around ...
