Mom38 Silver Member 30 November 2016 #2 I'm a bad girl with quorn...providing I ovenbake them, I dont count it. I see quorn as a flexible speed food. I do old school Slimming World. What I do may not be right and might not work for everyone. If I can find the correct syn value I will post.

Wolf Slimming for a better lifestyle 3 December 2016 #3 I looked at the syns on the SW website and, although I couldn't find frankfurters on there, quorn sausages are 1 syn and quorn hotdogs are half a syn. I would imagine that taking them as 1 syn would probably be safe.
