B - Green smoothie,
L - Prawn & salmon salad (leaves, carrot, sweetcorn, tom, Red cabbage, pepper, beetroot, salad sauce)
D - Baked potato with cheese & 3 crispbread
S - Fruit, yog & milk sorbet (6 syns for yog), christmas biscuit, 3 nuts, plum, pear, clementines
Fluids - 3 Choc orange tea
Exercise - 6,000 steps, 20 mins exercise bike

Measured myself and I have lost loads around bust, midriff, waste and hips - could not believe it.
B - Green smoothie,
L - Christmas beef stirfry (beef, carrot, sprout, asparagus, mushrooms, tbs butter, dash of soy sauce, sesame seeds), small baked potato
D - Oat loaf (oats, dried prune, apricot, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, yog, milk, egg) - All my syns for the day
S - Orange, grapes
Fluids - 3 Rose tea, 3 Choc orange tea, Green smoothie
Exercise - 10km exercise bike

Day 242 Monday 24th December 2018

L - Salmon salad sandwich,dash of salad sauce, sharon fruit, grapes
D - A massive chicken salad (leaves, carrot, sweetcorn, red cabbage, pepper, tom, cue, mint, beetroot, salad sauce)
S - Rhubarb pie, cookie
Fluids - 3 Rose tea, 3 Choc orange tea, choc/coconut drink
Exercise - 9,000 steps

Day 243 Tuesday 25th December 2018 (Christmas Day)

B - Green smoothie, fruit salad (kiwi, pear, orange, plum, grapes, banana)
L - Camembert with bread, 4 cashews, crisps, Turkey dinner (Roast spuds, carrot, sprouts, red cabbage & cranberry sauce, sage & onion stuffing, peas, pigs in blanket, gravy)
S - 1 date, 2 walnuts, chocolate star, cheesecake
Fluids - 2 glasess proseco, black tea, 3 Choc orange tea

B - Green smoothie, Poached eggs on toast with cherry toms, fruit bowl (pear, orabge, grapes, blueberries, prunes)
L/D - Chicken stirfry (garlic, ginger, chicken, sprout, carrot, asparagus, pepper tbs butter, sesame seeds, soy sauce), cabbage flower
S - 2 spice & almond biscuits (4.5 syns), boiled sweets (2 syns), plums, satsumes, grapes
Fluids - 3 Rose tea, 5 fruit tea

Day 245 Thursday 27th December 2018
Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 187 lbs (13s 5 lbs)
Loss to date = 36 lbs

The gain is from a couple of weeks ago when I had a few bad days. Now is the time to get on and lose the gain
B - Green smoothie, Potato cake (potato, egg, sweetcorn)
L/D - Christmas sausage roll, cheesecake
I was doing well until sausage roll & cheesecake. I have noticed when I overeat, I feel exhausted and cannot keep my eyes open and sleep but toss & turn all the time and feel sick.
Exercise - 3,500 steps

Day 246 Friday 28th December 2018
Had a restless night due to overeating. I try my best not to put myself in that situation again. NEW DAY
B - Fruit platter (sharon fruit, blueberries, kiwi)
L - Salmon & sweetcorn sandwich (WM bread, salmon, sweetcorn, salad sauce) garnished with leaves, toms, pepper
D - Broccoli soup with Blue cheese
S - Fruit yog (6 syns), walnuts (4 syns)
Fluids - 4 Passion fruit tea, 1/2 L lemonade (fizzy water with squash)
Exercise - 10Km exercise bike

L - Corned beef hash (onion, corned beef, sweetcorn) with dash of chili sauce, Violet mashed potato, Dry roasted parsnip, salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper)
D - Broccoli soup with blue cheese
S - 9 nuts, clementines, sour cherries
Fluids - 7 Lemon drizzle tea, 1/2 lemonade (fizzy water with squash)

Oh dear sounds like you had the same night as me.:classic_frown:

I over indulged in things I'm not suppose to eat and woke up during the night feeling sick. Have drank lots of hot water today and it seems to of eased.:classic_smile:

L - Fruit salad (melon, kiwi, apple, strawberries, blueberries), walnuts
D - Corned beef hash (Onion, corned beef, sweetcorn), dash of chili sauce, flower cabbage, sprouts, roasted carrot & parsnip
S - mixed snaks (5 syns), 5 Matchmakers (4 syns)
Fluids - 3 Lemon drizzle tea,3 Choc orange tea
Exercise - 1 hr body tone, 6,200 steps

D - Cod topped with olives (1/2 syns) & tsp oil, crispy cabbage, sprouts
S - 50gr Homus with 25 gr snack mix (12 syns)
Fluids - 5 Passion fruit tea, hot choc (milk, choc tea - no cals)
Exercise - 2,000 steps, 10 km exercise bike

D - Chicken & veg stirfry (garlic, ginger, yellow pepper, chicken, asparagus, sprouts, mushroom, carrot, chili sauce, pasta, soy suce, sprinkle of sesame seeds)
S - Melon, apple, pear, walnuts (4 syns)
Fluids - 3 Egg punch tea, christmas tea, glass of milk
Exercise - 10 km exercise bike, 2,000 steps
