Day 804 - Monday 13th July 2020
B - Choc yogurt sprinkled with seeds (200)
L - Jacket potato with curry & salad (650). Didn't really want such a big potato but couldn't be bothered to cut in half & this was last one.
S - Lots of watermelon (450). I was so thirsty so feel good now. Piece of apple pie (300) - I was expecting my usual pkt biscuits but my neighbour presented me with an apple pie and she insisted I should eat it. Also she wanted me to bring a piece home but I said, I would go and eat it in her house tomorrow. Hopefully, she either forgets or give it to someone else to eat. Don't want to spend my calories on something I don't want.
F - 5 Black tea
E - Loads of tidying up in the garden. 10,500 steps
Picked these wild flowers in the lane where I walk. They are beautiful. Also picture of surrounding farms.

Really liking the flowers, you live in a really beautiful area. It’s all hogweed and thistles and stinging nettles for me LOL
Wish I could send you some of that yogurt. It is very nice. It is called Malo & you might be able to get it from Waitrose.
Haha we have nettles & thistles & foxgloves here too. Grass and weed grow like mad around here.
Gave my last portion of curry to a friend who helped me moving something heavy.

B - Last chocolate yogurt sprinkled with seeds (200)
L - Pink egg salad (170)
D - 2 Venison burgers on a bed of cabbage (Green & pickled)-(300)
S - apple pie & some biscuits - had hoped my neighbours grandson finish it, but no she had kept a piece for me (400). Another piece left so I hope someone else visit and eat it. Mango (100)
F -4 herbal tea, 6 black tea
E - 2,500 steps, it is cold and raining so not risking catching a cold. Yesterday was boiling and today is freezing.brrrr
i don't feel that I have lost any weight this week - I think lack of sleep is holding on to my fat - mind those apple pie slices are not doing me any good.

I need to up my water intake today.
L - Pink egg pitta with salad (380)
S - 2 Nectarines (120), had to eat that last slice of the apple pie (300), thankfully, it is finished now. Handful of blackberries on my walk (30), boiled sweets (20)
F - 4L water, 2 black coffee
E - 11,000 steps.
Some pictures of the countryside and plums are ripening.

Day 807 - Thursday 16th July 2020
Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 152.5 lbs (10s 12.5 lbs)
Loss to date =70.5 lbs

Another 1 lb and I have hit 5 st mark now. Well chuffed. Not far from my goal now.
Hopefully, no more pastries offered to my by my neighbour. Yesterday, when I tried to refuse the last slice of apple pie, she told me I am too skinny and need to eat more - haha no way I am too skinny
B - Had a breakfast fit for a Queen (me) - Blackberries, 1/2 nectarine, FF yogurt, 2tsp jam sprinkled with seeds (220)
L - piece of cheese with toast (260)
D - Beef & veg curry (600)
S - 2 pkt crisps - was hungry between lunch & dinner (300), 3 choc biscuits (210), cheese roll (400)
F - 2 black coffee, 4 black tea
E - 4,200 steps
Didn't get a chance to go far today.
Total Calories = 2,000

I am so glad that I decided to pick those Blackberries this morning. Soon after finishing my breakfast, our local farmer turned up to cut some tree stumps for me and cut some of the Blackberry bushes with ripe fruits on them.

B - Fruit porridge (Apricot, ginger, dates, oats, dsp butter) sprinkled with nuts & seeds (320)
L - Prawn salad (leaves, tom, cue, peppers, Red cabbage, olives, salad sauce) - (300)
D - Cheese sandwich (260)
S -Pkt biscuits (110), melon (130)
F - 4 black coffee, 2L water
E - 11,000. Lots of work in the garden.
Noticed that these days I can do 10,000 steps easily. Now I need to push myself further & see if I can do 15,000 steps. Thinking of going for a long walk & picnic tomorrow.

Day 810 - Sunday 19th July 2020
The day started very slow as my mind was on getting the pressure washer working but No, it did not want to play. Then out of frustration, I felt very hungry and ate my picnic before I left home Aggrrrr. First 5K steps were sluggish but then I carried on.
Every Summer, go to this incredible place in the middle of the woods and relax. Today, I found out that all the trees are cut & uprooted - well the forester has to do what he needs to. I need to find a new place
B - Cheese & pickle on toast, 2 pieces of brownies, watermelon (795)
D - Pitta filled with ham & salad, brownies (750)
S - Nectarine (60), pkt cheese puffs (90)
F - 2 Black tea, blaxk coffee, 2 L water.
E - 21,000 steps.
Total Calories = 1,700
Not happy with my eating today but I had no choice but to eat after having all my allowance earlier in the day. I did not want to be starving and then binge. Tomorrow will be beter.

After yesterday's fiasco with food, I didn't feel hungry & was too busy. Before I realised it was dinner time.

And the scenery looks beautiful 😊
Majority of our land is farmland and flat around here. Also it is harvest time (wheat & barley), next month peas and then October is corn (unfortunately inedible - it is all animal feed). But scenery is beautiful.

At the moment, it is cloudy and threatening to rain but I hope not.

Did not realise how low calorie prawns are. I like fresh ones but don't like peeling them
D - Egg, bacon & beans with a slice of bread. Choc ice. Cannot even think of how many calories as cooked in oil.
S -Pistachio creme dessert (150), Watermelon (120)
F - 3 Black tea, 2L water
E - 7,000 steps. Took a lot of stuff to the tip but not that active today as I had to drive somewhere
Weather fantastic this week but rain is expected by Saturday. I have been working very hard in the garden for the past 3 days and hope I can see the results of it tomorrow on WI. Had a sneaky look but no change but who knows what happens by morning

Thank you. Just cooked potatoes in microwave, sliced them & fried in tbs butter & crack the eggs at the same time. I was too tired & couldn't be bothered & wanted something filling.
Yes this week weather is lovely & sunny in the high 20s. I am tanned working in the garden. Hope weather pick up again for you.
