As I'm not sure quite how to use this forum,As I've never used one before, can I search for recipes? I see what an amazing place it is to come for support and to help with other peoples journeys but I'm not sure if I can do both??

There is a huge Slimming World sub forum full of recipes - Slimming World Recipes

You can search from within there by using the search box at the top right of the thread list
