Personally, when I started the diet last January, I felt RTM was going to be the most difficult part. I said that all the way through the diet. The diet was easy - thanks to Ketosis.
RTM is indeed a challenge, and the most critical key to success. I believed that back then and having just completed it 3 weeks ago, I believe that still to be true.
I have never understood those before me who did the diet and then said they wanted to save money so they were skipping RTM. Why make the initial inviestment - in blood, sweat and tears, emotional ups and downs, joys and sorrows - just to throw it all in the bin at the end?? When its most important?? <shrugs> never have understood that.
But the challenge is what made it interesting, scary, exciting adn rewarding. I thought develop/foundation were emotional - well, so was RTM!!
But what a joy to see you managing skills develop, and prove they are working when you step on the scale each week.
I am a staunch supporter of RTM. It worked for me. And nearly 4 months after intorducing the first bit of food - I still weigh what I did when I ended the diet - and that, for me is proof positive this diet has been the most successful ever.
On WW or SW, I would have already begun packing it back on by now, as has been my past record.
