Sainsbury's extra lean pork mince. Help!!

:help2: Can some one plz help me out. Is Saisbury's extra lean pork mince ( chilled ) free on extra easy or is it syns? Thanks:wavey:

If it is less than 5% fat then it will be free. If it's over 5% fat then it will be synned.

Hi Jaq it says Per 100g 3.9 but on the back it says british pork mince less than 4.5% fat so does this mean i can eat it as free on EE. Thanks for your help

Yup. If it's less than 4.5% fat then that's less than 5% so would be free. Enjoy!
