There is no free food allowance on shop bought soups so you can just use the 20 calorie rule. 1 syn for every 20 calories so going by the nutritional information that would make it 6 syns for whatever amount the info is for. Some canned soups can be used as a HEB but not sure if this is one of them sorry xx
