The only one I can eat is the Fry Light's Ceasar Salad Spray. All the others, in bottles tase rubbish and I always think there is quite a lot of plastic in them... sometimes I use balsamic vinegar...
I make my own with fat free greek yogurt (total 0% is the best). A spoonful of yogurt mixed with salt, pepper, a little sweetener and some vinegar or lemon/lime juice is lovely with salads and as a dipping sauce too. I also make a fake aoli (garlic mayo) with a beaten egg yolk, a clove of crushed garlic, plenty of salt, a dash of white wine vinegar, a tsp dijon mustard and a big dollop greek yogurt. Delicious for dipping as well
We use a very very simple on which we have on top of cous cous salad which is literally Fat free yogurt squeeze of lemon and then mint finely chopped and mixed together!
