Salad dressings

The only one I can eat is the Fry Light's Ceasar Salad Spray. All the others, in bottles tase rubbish and I always think there is quite a lot of plastic in them... sometimes I use balsamic vinegar...

They've stopped making the fry light one I'm gutted it's so nice. The Kraft Italian ff is nice and french is free too

I make my own with fat free greek yogurt (total 0% is the best). A spoonful of yogurt mixed with salt, pepper, a little sweetener and some vinegar or lemon/lime juice is lovely with salads and as a dipping sauce too. I also make a fake aoli (garlic mayo) with a beaten egg yolk, a clove of crushed garlic, plenty of salt, a dash of white wine vinegar, a tsp dijon mustard and a big dollop greek yogurt. Delicious for dipping as well :)

We use a very very simple on which we have on top of cous cous salad which is literally Fat free yogurt squeeze of lemon and then mint finely chopped and mixed together!

Very fresh and quick to whip up :)
