Weight is just a number. It doesn't define who you are, where you've been or what you're about or how much you're worth. It's immaterial for all intents and purposes.

And to top it off whatever weight you are now is the heaviest you'll ever be. Xxx

I've made a mistake! I'm glamping (very exciting) this weekend and obvs just not taking scales. My weigh in will be tomorrow please as a weekend off could spell disaster for the old weigh loss mission!
