Hi Everybody,

I'm on week 4 so a relative newbie, I lost 4lbs so doing quite well but still trying to find my feet a little.

Can someone please let me knnow the syns of the following

Morrsions - The Best Caramelised Onion Chutney

Ocena Spray - Cranberry & Raspberry Juice

Ocean Spray - Cranberry Classic - Dilute

And finally this will give away where I live to anybody in the know ;) Hendersons Relish, it's a little like Lea Perrins for those of you who don't know what it is.

I just can't seem to work them out at all :confused:

Ocean Spray, Cranberry Juice Drink Cordial, all varieties 4.5 for 50ml

Ocean Spray, Cranberry & Raspberry Juice Drink, 250ml 6½

You can work out the syns for all these yourself just by using 1 syn for every 20 calories. it doesn't work for things with free foods in them but is good for just about everything else

On the SW website Lea & Perrins is free! so i presume hendersons would be also, maybe someone else knows different?

Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 100ml free

:( Oh my god i had no idea the dilute would be so high in Syns - Plain old tap water it will be for me in the future !!!

Look at the Tesco sugar free cranberry juice drinks - they are very low in syn or free depending on which one you get.

Oh Blimey, ocean spray cranberry & raspberry is my favourite! I drink tons of the stuff....oops! When i start my SW class on tuesday must rememer to find out what i can drink, not keen on boring water, I like my fruit juice and squash!

Thanks I will look into that I must admit I am quite bad at drink enough fluids and adding squash to it does help.
