Semi-skimmed milk

Hi, I am restarting the pp plan tomorrow and am including a pint of semi skimmed milk daily. I calculate 5 pp per pint but am finding conflicting values elsewhere ?? Can someone help?

According to the calculator it's 7 pp for semi skimmed and 5pp for skimmed for a pint
