Shape Delights crumble flavours?

Does anyone know how many syns the apple and rhubarb crumble flavours have? They say 0% fat on the pot but im unsure :/

They are half a syn each. By the way there is a great search facility on here (blue button at the top right of the sticky section that says 'search this forum'). it's well worth doing a quick search to see if your question has already been asked.
