Hi can anyone confirm that Shape yogurts 0% fat free are syn free

Yes, but sme have syns. The vanilla pack has 1/2 syn for the plain vanilla, 1 syn for the vanilla with sprinkles. The crumble ones also have a syn in them I think! X

I really like the raspberry ones and only discovered they were free last week! Yippee!

Love the strawberry and raspberry ones- they are delicious and thick.

i also love strawberry danio yoghurts which are only 1 syn- they are even more delicious
