Went for a a big shop last night.... it consisted of... 1.5 litres of Volvic x8, green tea, peppermint tea.

That's it lol :D

Was weird wandering around smelling everything but deffo starting to get detached from food... the smell was good enough for me... & even dafter was coming back & watching Rick Stein cooking some great dishes on Beeb 2.... I've deffo got a screw loose...

Day 4 nailed, just had a choc shake & sat here feeling v contented & full.... :)

Starting to get an iffy taste in my mouth today / yesterday... could be ketone onset ? Anyone know if Wrigleys thin ice are OK to have (lil strips of mintiness).

Hope you are all having a tony tiger grrrrrrrrreat night :)

haha your post made me laugh, ive done a cosco run for cat food today and asda as i was starting to have withdrawal systmes (im an asda girl at heart) for peppermint tea, an some smoked paprika which i mite add, thanks to gaz, has made my soup like smoky bacon flavoured crisps without the crisps and lovely but that was it, and ive been hooked on cooking programmes since i started this diet so your not the only one with a screw loss!!! j

forgot to mention i feel like im saving a fortune on this diet,, £36 sounded a lot when i started but nothing compared to what i would normally spend, whoohhoo more money for clothes as im having to live in joggers now, not because im fat and nothing fits but because im slimmer and nothing fits lol jx

Got a tip on the water front for ya dont buy volvic it cost to much go to morrisons you can buy 5 litres for 77p and then put it into smaller bottles its a massive saving !!!

Better tip:-

  • Place bottle/container under tap ( this is attached to the sink)
  • turn knob counter-clockwise (thats opposite to the way a clock works)
  • Water should now pour from the taps orifice into your bottle/container.
  • To stop flow of water simply turn the tap clockwise(yes you've got it)
WARNING
Bottle/container will become heavier as it fills with the water.
NOTE

This is quite an arduous task, but once you have mastered it , it will become second nature and the greatest benefit is, its FREE!
:p
