Does anyone know the syn value for skinny cow icecream, especially the chocolate brownie one.. yummm...

Oh i was thinking of the bars. With tub i think it's per 28gs :$
Hopefully someone else can help you for certain. Or have you tired liveline online? I'm a DIYer so i can't get on it

Im a diyer also but iv just done a search of the forum and found that the bars range from 3.5 to 4.5 and the ice cream sandwichs are 5. Hope this helps
