It is abit weird because until i posted this pic on facebook yesterday alot of people at work and other friends that see me alot didnt realise how big i was until they had seen this pic showing the comparision and then people i havent seen for like 8 months plus just cant believe it ive had loads of possitive comments and it means the world to me

I know what you mean Craig. People who knew me at my biggest and saw me lose 4st couldn't believe it when I showed pictures of me at my biggest. They remember that I was big and lost weight but they forget HOW big I was. I can only imagine how much more shocking that is for you as you have lost 3 times that!
