this is a brilliant thread! Just spent a while looking through some of the pics and you have all done Amazingly!! Im only 1.5lb off target so when i hit it i cant wait to post some pics of my own up! Actually done mind looking at myself in the mirror now which is big difference to a few months ago!

Here's a before & after of me. I was probably at least half a stone off my heaviest in the first photo. I'm not really sure if my loss is that obvious in these photos to be honest.

Amazing transformation! How much did you lose? Did it take long? Can't wait to get there

Awh thanks a million ladies. I lost 3st 1lb. I was a slow loser so it took me about 15 months but I got there in the end!!
