slimming world fruit roultard ?????

I have heard of Slimming world fruit roultard, and its supposed to be 1/2 syn for whole cake, does anyone have the recipe and is it true its only 1/2 syn per cake ???

If you do a search for half Syn roulade you'll find it.... It is only 1/2 a Syn as it contains baking powder which I have omitted in the past to make it syn free and it's been just as nice.

However bear in mind that just because it's only 1/2 Syn doesn't mean you should eat the whole cake it still contains something like 500 calories.
