Slimming world help

Hi everyone

I'm currently doing my own style diet but I am wanting to try Slimming World - I can't really afford the groups so was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of what books I would need and where to find them

I started to do slimming world and found most of the information on here that i needed i do however have a copy of the foods you are allowed including the hex a and b's and syn list that i downloaded through a website called Isohunt just type slimming world in there and you should find the same documents !

Hi I have just went onto that site great got lots of documents but cant open them what am I doing wrong?x

Click on the download torrent link and it should down load you may need a programme called "utorrent" to help you install the information
