If you don't go to group...the date in the last magazine says it comes out in stores on 6th September.

I got my new issue in group yesterday and it has a nice mini cook book included with some ok meal ideas.

The issue after this one is out in stores on 25th October x

I've never bought the magazine before.is it worth a look?

I enjoy it, it's like any mag really where there are some good bits and some not so good bits. In particular I like reading the success stories and seeing the before and after pics but I have also come across some really good meal ideas too.

If you go to group it's £1.95 or in store is £2.75 so it isn't expensive really so why not buy the new issue when you can and if you like it great but if not you haven't lost anything xx
