Hi all

Any coeliacs out there doing SW. After a long long time with a dodgy tummy been told its time to go gluten free so I'm just wondering if anyone out there is in the same boat and has any tried and tested receipts/advice/comments that would help seen as I'm new to both SW and gluten free. shopping this morning was tough never read so many labels in a trip to the supermarket.

Hey, I'm coeliac but found out in march. I find it easier gluten free on slimming world as there's no option for cakes etc. i tend to cook a lot of the sw recipes as they don't tend to have flour etc. heb I used dried or tinned fruit. Syns are chocolate.
1 piece of advice the bread is awful but the best I found is marks and Spencer's if you need any info just let me know xx

I follow a gluten free diet and have found that asda free from pasta is the best and genius bread is good too!!

I've found SW is good when gluten free as you are making most things from scratch!

How you finding things now? :D

Ps ... If you look on the SW website they have a fact sheet for following gluten free and how you can adapt your healthy extras.

I usually have one slice of gluten free bread or my cereal as a b choice. I don't tend to eat much gf bread as it quite high calorie.

What cereal do u have? Iv only tried one and it was awful. I avoid the bread purely based on taste lol
