Slimming world syns on alpen light

Can someone tell me how many syns in an alpen light bar, can they be used as a healthy b ?

I'm new to sw and doing at home by myself so sorry in advance for all the questions I will be asking Lol

The packaging says less than 70 calories but when you look at the nutritional info they are actually closer to 60 calories, so 3 syns

I was thinking about this last night when looking at the new rocky road hifi, they're 73 cals but 3 syns? I don't know how that works out lol

The sweet chilli are 1.5 syns each! I found breaking 2 of them is like having a bag of crisps........

yeah all flavoured alpen light bars are part of Healthy B. 2x are free when used as a Healthy B choice. I'm having the chocolate and fudge ones and they are soo yummy and brilliant for high fibre - FF as well as a quick snack for on the go
