Slimming World - Tips for quick results!

Hi All

I am back on Slimming World (3rd time lucky!) and normally lose around 7lbs in week one, i lost 4.5lbs this time, and although i am chuffed with that, i'd like to try and shed the lbs fast! does anyone have tips? maybe some meal ideas for the weeks where you lost a lot? i haven't gone over my syns, but do like big portions at meal times! i'm not very good at eating fish or cous cous lol! but love pasta. i want to lose 4st 7lbs in total, but have a holiday in May that i'd like to lose a chunkc of that by! x :eat:
