Slow weight loss on Slimming World

I there, I'm doing the extra easy and loving the easiness of it, however, in my first week, I only lost 1 1/2lb and was hoping for more, any advice?x

Don't lose heart with it Hun ok 1.5 isn't a massive loss for a 1st week but SW is more about bringing it off healthily so it stays off.

Maybe your body will take a week to notice and you will get a big loss in your second weigh in, this happened to quite a few people in my class.

Stick with it and congrats on your 1.5lb loss! I know you wanted more but it is still a loss :)
 
A loss is a loss and more will come off. Make sure you complete food diaries for the first month - it keeps you honest and feedback helps. You're much better off having a bigger loss in you 2nd week than 1st - that way you can win Slimmer of the Week!! Stay focused on the positives and enjoy your journey :):)
