Smoothie

Ey guys, I thought I was been clever and making smoothies coz fruit on its own gets a little dull.. I make it with 15gfrozen berries,30g natural yogurt,1 banana and skim milk. Does anyone know the syns for it please :)
 
I'm not sure about the syns, but it wouldn't be syn free because it's been made into a liquid it will digest differently.

Whole fruit is syn free becasue you have to chew it and it you get full quicker. juices or smoothies contain high (natural) sugars from being broken down and you wont feel as full as you do when you eat the fruit whole.

Have a look in the back of your SW book as theres some syn values in there for fruit. Was the yogurt Fat free and syn free? and was the milk taken from your daily allowance? if not youll also have to syn these.
 
Ya yogurt was natural, and milk from allowance .. I'm an online member as I'm in oz, oh well back to raw fruit again :) thanks for your input ladies
