Why not post the nutritional information and main ingredients​

thanks for the advice Circes, they are:Chicken & Mushroom per 61g pot 269kcal Fat 6.4g of which saturates 4.1g

The Tomato and herb is 66g 259kcal fat 1.6g ows 0.7g
both these have main ingredient pasta

I've also bought Asda GFY chow mein noodle break 56g which is 233 cals per pot and fat content for 100g is 0.5g ows 0.1g

i thought I had read on here that they were sin free, but couldn't find the thread!

T&H - protein 8.5g carbs 52.7 of which sugars 4.2g -per pot

C&M- protein 7.8g carbs 45.1g of which sugars 3.2g -per pot

CM protein 3.7g carbs 19.2 of which sugars 0.4g - per 100g
