Me too - although I ate earlier. :) My excuse (and yes, it's an excuse) is because I was stressed to the eyeballs and so was my OH. I can cope with one but seemingly not with both... :rolleyes:

As Beck would say, oh well...

Why did you eat?

Were you hungry? Bored? Lonely? Sad? Tired? Angry? Frustrated?

I know that I've got to learn to deal with the underlying feeling by doing something other than eating. It's a work in progress - or should that be I'm a work in progress. :)

Me too! I have this wonderful hot chocolate in a tin which is basically grated Belgian chocolate and I got a spoon out and had a few mouthfuls for some bizarre reason?!?!
 
I had a bite of OH cheesy garlic bread! It just smelt so good, I couldn't resist! Been hiding in bed ever since!!!!

i was in bed watching one of my fav shows then my sister in law came round and wen she went i just headed straight for the fridge.
feel better knowing i wasnt the only one who ate last night :) x
