Hi guys,

I know this has probably been asked a thousand times but I couldn't find a thread for it.

Please could someone post the SS+ plan for me as I have lost my booklet and I want to look at it as an option.

Also, what are the losses like in comparison to SS. I am thinking of alternating week by week to keep me from getting bored like last time. Yes, that's right, I'm a restarter. Lost 7st and managed to put 3st back on in just a few months. Determined not to do it again!!! x

Cambridge Diet: Programmes (6 Steps)
Sole Source Plus allows some extra flexibility. On this programme, you may have three Cambridge Diet meals plus a 200kcal meal (from a range of selected recipes available from your Counsellor) or four Cambridge Diet meals plus 200ml of skimmed milk. This is the same regardless of height or gender.
In addition to the water used to mix the Diet drinks and soups, it is vital that you drink at least 2.25 litres (4 pts) of water per day. Other fluids can include black tea, coffee, and herbal teas (leaf not flower) and flavoured waters.

Hi Gem, I lost almost the same on the SS+ as I did on SS, I SSed for 8 weeks, then did SS+ and then 810 and over 3 months still lost 3 stone....
