Don't eat lol go to bed and forget about food that's what i do when im gettin it tough :)
 
I agree with Patricia. You've made it to the end of the 1st day, don't blow it now. Go to bed and then when you get up in the morning you'll be pleased you're on to day 2 and not starting day 1 again. You can do it.
